Apple mail inbox not updating
BT mail worked fine on my i Phone and PC but NOT on the i Pad.
Solved the issue by simply deleting the 'Mail' app and reinstating from the app store ..
re-entered email and password and away it went fine.
I can only assume that there may have been a corruption in the i Pad mail app.
I had same thing tried everything, deleting accounts, adding again, turning off ipad numerous times.
- checked pushed settings and inbox is pushed by default Exchange Ver: 2003 its using Activesync (not pop or imap).No outlook rules that i can see that will filter messages going into the inbox.Outlook can be on all the time and there are times that its not running but still the same result.Got mine to work in AD go to the user check advanced security settings check the box inheritable permissions from parent objects. Still not working for our android phones though version 5.1.1 Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else.
